Shipping policy

We, at ShazBee Creative Gifts, make use of third-party courier companies to get your purchase to you as timeously and effortlessly as possible. The third-party couriers include either The Courier Guy or PUDO. Collection at our premises in Randburg is also available either by yourself personally or via a third-party courier of your choice.

Shipping Costs

We use flat rate shipping rates based on the courier of choice, location from our place of business and weight/volumetric size of your purchase. All orders over the value of R1 200 will qualify for free freight.

The Courier Guys offer delivery to the 'door' of your choice. The popular options include Road Freight up to 5 kg nationally at a flat rate of R105.00 and Road Freight up to 10 kg nationally at a flat rate of R160.00. Both these options carry a delivery period of 2 - 3 business days to major centres. Should you not be sure whether you fall within this category or whether delivery is available to your destination, please contact us and we will gladly explore the best options for you.

Overnight services are available with The Courier Guy, depending on your location, collection times and package size. Should you not be sure whether your package will arrive in your required time, please contact us for guidance.

The PUDO option allows for delivery to a locker service at a kiosk of your choice that is convenient for you. PUDO only allows for one size locker space irrespective of your package size to a maximum of 61 x 41 x 19 cm and a weight of 10 kg. This option carries a flat rate of R99. Delivery times indicated are 2 - 3 business days. Once your package is collected you will receive information such as a PIN for retrieval of your package at your selected kiosk.

Delivery Times

For stock items, we typically ship within 24 hours of receipt of order. Depending on when during the day the order is received and the collection times of the third party couriers, the delivery time calculation is begun. 

For personalised gifting, either by including a personalised inscription or message or making up a signature gift pack, a lead time of 2 - 5 business days is included prior to shipping. You will receive a notification of the progress of your order during this time and final collection will be communicated with you.

Once the package has been collected by the third-party courier we describe above, we have no input on further instructions. However, we are always available to assist with any queries that you may have regarding your package in transit to you.
